摘要：本文比較分析了國內(nèi)外李斯特菌的檢測方法、不同標準限量值的差異。介紹了國內(nèi)外李斯特菌快速檢測技術(shù)的應用及存在的問題，對我國微生物快速檢測的現(xiàn)狀進行了概述，探討了李斯特菌快速檢測技術(shù)的未來發(fā)展方向，對李斯特菌檢驗方法探索及快速檢測技術(shù)的發(fā)展具有一定的借鑒意義。

 

　　Abstract: This paper describes the difference of detection methods and limits for Listeria monocytogenes at home and abroad and introduces the current application and problems of rapid detection technology of Listeria monocytogenes. The overview of the progress of rapid detection of microorganisms in China is presented in this paper. Meanwhile, this paper discusses the future development trend of rapid detection technology of Listeria monocytogenes. This paper has a certain significance for Listeria monocytogenes inspection and development of rapid detection technology in China.
