Patrick Bowen, MBA, MSMIT

Assistant Country Director, FDA China Office

Patrick Bowen serves as Assistant Country Director for the FDA’s China Office in Beijing.  In this role, Mr. Bowen holds responsibility for policy analysis and collaborative programs related to human food and animal feeds.  From 2010 to March 2014, Mr. Bowen served as the Branch Director and Deputy Division Director within the Division of Compliance Systems.  In that capacity, he held direct oversight of the PREDICT program and other FDA information technology systems utilized to support import operations.  Mr. Bowen has a broad range of FDA import experience, including operational and policy experience with the New York District Office and the Division of Import Operations.
