XU Jie is currently serving as Food Safety Director for Danone Greater China.

XU Jie joined Shanghai DANONE Yogurt Co., Ltd in 1999 as Manufacturing Supervisor before he was promoted to Quality and Safety Manager in 2000. After five years, he was transferred in 2005 to Bright Dairy & Food. Co. Ltd, which was at that time DANONE’s business partner and took the place of National Quality Assurance Manager until 2006, when he was transferred back to DANONE Asia Pacific Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd and took the place of Dairy Quality and Food Safety Manager for the MENGNIU Dairy & DANONE Joint venture. From 2007 to 2008, he worked as Dairy Quality Manager and Industrial Project Manager. In July 2008 he joined DANONE Dairy China and took the place of Quality & Food Safety Director and at the same time as Regulatory & Government Affairs Director.

Before his current role as Food Safety Director for Danone Greater China, he took the position of Quality and Product Management Director & R+D advisor in September 2013 for MENGNIU-DANONE Fresh Dairy Business, which is a strategic dairy JV of Group DANONE in China before his current role as Food Safety Director for Danone Greater China.

徐杰先生現(xiàn)任達(dá)能大中國(guó)區(qū)食品安全總監(jiān)。

徐杰先生于1999年加入上海達(dá)能酸乳酪有限公司，他擔(dān)任制造主管直至2000年被提升為質(zhì)量與安全經(jīng)理。2005年他被派至達(dá)能集團(tuán)的業(yè)務(wù)合作伙伴--光明乳業(yè)有限公司擔(dān)任全國(guó)質(zhì)量保證經(jīng)理。2006年他加入達(dá)能亞太管理（上海）有限公司擔(dān)任乳品質(zhì)量和食品安全經(jīng)理，為蒙牛乳業(yè)和達(dá)能合資公司服務(wù)。自2007年至2008年，他擔(dān)任乳品質(zhì)量經(jīng)理和工業(yè)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理。2008年7月他加入達(dá)能乳品（中國(guó)）擔(dān)任質(zhì)量與食品安全總監(jiān)，并同時(shí)兼任法規(guī)與政府事務(wù)總監(jiān)。

在現(xiàn)任達(dá)能大中國(guó)區(qū)食品安全總監(jiān)前，自2013年9月起，徐杰先生為達(dá)能集團(tuán)在中國(guó)的乳品戰(zhàn)略合資公司：蒙牛-達(dá)能鮮乳制品業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)，擔(dān)任質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)品管理總監(jiān)和研發(fā)指導(dǎo)。
