黃斌  博士
　　2004年畢業(yè)于中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學。2004年起供職于國家認證認可監(jiān)督管理委員會（CNCA），目前任CNCA注冊管理部注冊二處處長。主要負責進出口食品企業(yè)注冊備案管理、HACCP應用管理等。
