關(guān)于雞蛋

sunny side up意為陽(yáng)光朝上，是指煎荷包蛋（fried eggs），朝上的黃澄澄蛋黃像是太陽(yáng)。

over意為翻過(guò)來(lái)，是指兩面都煎；而over easy意為輕輕地翻過(guò)來(lái)，則是指兩面都煎，但別煎的太老。

關(guān)于面包

在美國(guó)三明治面包通常有Italian（意大利白面包），它是普通的白面包，口感較軟。

Whole wheat (全麥面包)，它則最為健康，用小麥制成，質(zhì)地比較粗糙。
