茶分為紅茶（black tea）、綠茶（green tea）、白茶（white tea）、烏龍茶（Oolong）等，不過這些茶都是從野茶樹（Camellia sinensis）上采摘下來的，它們之所以顏色和味道有別是因為加工的方法不同。
英語中跟tea相關(guān)的習(xí)語有很多，一起來學(xué)習(xí)一下吧：

I realize a fantasy computer game is not everyone's cup of tea, but this one is amazing.
我知道不是每個人都迷那些虛幻的電腦游戲，不過這個游戲真的很好玩。
*Tea and sympathy 對不幸者的安慰與同情
Sometimes people want practical advice and sometimes they just want tea and sympathy.
有的時候人們想聽些實(shí)際的建議，但有的時候他們只是尋求安慰而已。
如果有人跟你抱怨他的新老板脾氣暴躁、動不動拿下屬出氣，還老讓他們加班，你可以說：
Your new boss sounds terrible, I wouldn't work for him for all the tea in China!
你的新老板聽起來真討厭，無論給我多少錢，我都不會在他手下干的。
Not for all the tea in China意思是說“無論對方給我多優(yōu)厚的報酬或好處，我都不會做……”。這個習(xí)語出現(xiàn)于19世紀(jì)末期，當(dāng)時中國是世界上最大的茶葉生產(chǎn)地，所以“all the tea in China”的確是一筆巨大的財富。
